Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain the call centre's dialer systems and related software.
  • Able to solve any kind of hardware/software or Windows program problem.
  • Provide IT support for desktops, and laptops & also require troubleshooting of all IT Equipment & Solving Problems (Printer, UPS, Switch, Router, Desktop PC, Laptop & system in use).
  • Installing & configuring windows.
  • Set-up and maintenance of IP, LAN and wireless router, CC-Camera.
  • Manage Vmware or Hyper-V Virtualization platform.
  • IP phone and Call centre support.
  • Responsible for ensuring full utilization of company assets and keeping records of IT equipment.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
  • Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA, MTCNA, IP Telephony.

Skills Required:

Computer Hardware and Networking, Switching & Routing,Call center.

Workplace:

Work at Office, Uttara
