Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain the call centre's dialer systems and related software.
- Able to solve any kind of hardware/software or Windows program problem.
- Provide IT support for desktops, and laptops & also require troubleshooting of all IT Equipment & Solving Problems (Printer, UPS, Switch, Router, Desktop PC, Laptop & system in use).
- Installing & configuring windows.
- Set-up and maintenance of IP, LAN and wireless router, CC-Camera.
- Manage Vmware or Hyper-V Virtualization platform.
- IP phone and Call centre support.
- Responsible for ensuring full utilization of company assets and keeping records of IT equipment.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
- Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA, MTCNA, IP Telephony.
Skills Required:
Computer Hardware and Networking, Switching & Routing,Call center.
