Responsibilities:

• Develop and implements the completion plan and strategy in conjunction with the GSC, Quality dept., Sourcing dept.
• Management of team’s EHS knowledge, awareness, and performance.
• Responsible for site training on digitalized completion recording and closure activities.
• Manage preservation and completion teams.
• Track preservation and completion activities KPIs and report to the client
• A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent. Provides informal guidance to new team members

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 year experience in property preservation management.

Salary: BDT 30,000-40,000
