Job Description/ Responsibilities:
• Primary job responsibility will be delivering an error-free product aligned with the process.
• Providing quality and smooth output within the deadline coordinating with the client to identify project scope, budget, and timeline, and successful implementation of the project and operational requirements.
• Determine accountability for a specific implementation, and work with the Production Lead to ensure that appropriate resources are assigned to meet the deadlines.
• Provide management and stakeholders with regular updates on processing status, issues, and deliverable dates.
• The candidate must have good eyesight, excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills, and analytical abilities.
• Perform any other operational task assigned by the supervisor/higher authority.

Job Requirements:
• Fluency in speaking and writing in English is a must (English Medium Background is a Plus).
• Able to communicate independently with foreign customers over the phone and email.
• Able to communicate with each client in a professional manner ‘directly aligned with the client’s thought leadership and content platform.
• Must be available to work day and night as per company requirements.
Required Computer Skills:
High level of fluency in MS Word, and MS Excel with knowledge of other MS Office programs.
Typing speed:
Minimum 20wpm (English)
Minimum 20wpm (English)
Salary:
Experienced minimum 2 years Starting: 30,000-40,000 BDT
Fresher Starting: 15,000-25,000 BDT
Other Benefits:
As per company policy.
Timing: 13 Days Dayshift and 13 Days Nightshift
9:00 AM-6:00 PM
8:00 PM-4:00 AM
