Job Description/ Responsibilities:
• Primary job responsibility will be to deliver an error free quality product aligned with the process.
• Providing quality and smooth output within the deadline coordinate with the client to identify project scope, budget and timeline, successful implementation of pthe roject ,and operational requirements.
• Determine accountability for sa pecific implementation, and work with Pthe roduction Lead to ensure that appropriate resources are assigned to meet the deadlines.
• Provide management and stakeholders with regular updates on processing status, issues ,and deliverable dates.
• The candidate must have a good eye sight, with excellent spelling, grammar ,and punctuation skills ,and analytical abilities.
• Perform any other operational task assigned by the supervisor/higher authority.

Job Requirements:
• Fluency in speaking and writing in English is a must (English Medium Background is a Plus).
• Able to communicate independently with foreign customers over the phone and email.
• Able to communicate with each client in a professional manner ‘directly aligned with the client’s thought leadership and content platform.
• Must be available to work day and night per company requirements.
Required Computer Skills:
Excellent in English communication and understanding. High level of fluency in MS Word, and MS Excel with knowledge of other MS Office programs also.
Typing speed:
Minimum 20wpm (English)
Provision period Salary
15000 BDT
Permanent Salary:
25,000-30,000 BDT
Training Period:
1 month (Without pay)
